Sherry
Schneider was raised in Greenburgh and now lives in
Thornwood with her family.
After many years working for other companies, Sherry launched her first firm;
Cunningham & Schneider Realty in December of 1997. After several years successfully
operating as an independent company she felt she wanted to take both herself and
her agents to the next level; therefore forming CENTURY 21 Schneider Realty. Prior
to opening Cunningham & Schneider Realty she was employed by Ginsburg Development.
There she held various positions from Sales Associate overseeing new construction
to the Assistant Director of their co-op division. It was during this time that
she really learned the importance of the value of customer service. Sherry
believes in continually educating herself, believing that you can always learn
regardless of how many years you have been doing something. She believes it is
this constant education that keeps her fresh and allows her to bring superior
knowledge and service to her clients. Having completed the E-Pro course she stands
as a specialist with the internet consumer and serves as a member of the Council
of Real Estate Brokers. The Accredited Buyer's Representative course taught her
new ways to educate & give the buyer the representation that they deserve. Presently
working on her GRI (a designation involving more than 100 hours of education)
and her Quality Service Certification she feels that knowledge and exceeding expectations
of the consumer are key to success in Real Estate. |
